I would only do that if you were experiencing one of the issues fixed in Storyline update 4. If your courses have been working properly once published, no need to worry. If you've opened a course that you're working on, it'll automatically now open in Storyline update 4 and have all those fixes applied.
Thank you for your e-mail, we have a number of courses that were created in Studio'09 and some in Storyline. The LMS will not complete courses in IE10 or IE 11.
Just to confirm, to apply updates to solve the IE 10 issue, in particular for Studio '09, we would have to apply the update and then re-save and re-publish every course. Is this correct?
Yes, the last update for Studio 09 was in March 2013, and there was a fix included regarding IE10 and tracking in an LMS. You'll want to download that update, and then republish and reload those courses to your LMS. Since this update was release prior to IE11, I'm not certain if it'll resolve the issue you're experiencing there, but if you're still having difficulty after the update please let us know here.
