when I try to get updates I get this message that my original Storyline can't be located. I have been missing updates for months now.

Thanks for your reply but unfortunately, when you reply via email, any attachment you intended to send are not visible here in the post. Please click here to be taken to the post itself, and then use the grey "ADD ATTACHMENT" button in the bottom left of the reply box.

The Installed Version of the Application Could Not Be Determined

When installing a software update for Articulate Storyline, you may encounter the following error message:

"The installed version of the application could not be determined. The set up will now terminate."

Here's how to fix it:

  1. Uninstall Storyline.
  2. Install the latest version of Storyline.
  3. Reboot your computer.
