There is no elegant an documented way of doing this. In the old days in Atriculate you could do this more easily as all slides had a corresponding flashfile. In SL all flashfiles have a very cryptic name; it'll take you more time to identify the file and replace it and to adapt the XML file where it is used than to re-publish you course
