Updating content help

In my LMS how can I update a SCORM file without the user losing their place on the course slides?

So if someone is halfway through and leaves the LMS but then I update the SCORM with a new one, will the user have to start again?

If I have 10000 users, some may a bit annoyed that they have to start again.

Hey Dan,

I've not conducted extensive testing, but my experience is that (depending upon the updates to the content) that bookmarking will still work after the content is updated.  I can't say that this is the case 100% of the time.

We're using SumTotal LMS, and there is actually an update content feature that allows you to easily update the SCORM content as long as there aren't any deviations from the original imsmanifest.xml
