Whenever we update to the latest version it re-installs storyline and as such we have to re-register every time and get an activation code - is this right? Surely once we have done all the registering and activating the first time we installed we shouldn't need to do this again? Or are we perhaps updating it wrongly!
You're doing it the right way - no worries! Your serial number/code should automatically be populated and no need to register it a second time (although the prompt will always appear - just choose "later"). This is the normal process as it's treated as a brand new install.
