Thank you for reaching out! The screenshot included here is a bit different and is more of a guideline on what to do next as you get started with Articulate 360. To clarify, do you want to upgrade a preexisting course from a previous version of Storyline to Storyline 360? If so, then you should see a prompt appear when opening those files:
After clicking on Upgrade, the course will be upgraded automatically. We have a great resource that provides more details on this here.
Thanks for your help, and so quickly. I uninstalled the software and then reinstalled it. The updates kicked right in. Thanks again and Happy New Year.
