We have just updated from SL2 to 360, it seems anything that had a trigger to show a slide layer is not working.
I have removed all triggers and re-added as well and delete the slide and start from scratch, i still cant get the trigger function to work... this issue appears in a number of our courses.
I'd love to help investigate. First, I'm having difficulty recreating the experience in Storyline 360 Update 48. Here's a quick video demo.

Which Storyline 360 update are you using? Click the Help tab, then About Storyline.
What happens when you import the sample Storyline 2 slide (attached below) into Storyline 360?
Are you comfortable with sharing one of the files? It'll help me look into the upgrade process, and I'll delete it from my machine after. Simply use this private upload link.
