I have an issue with upgrading articulate.
I bought articulate 2 months ago, since then I did 2 upgrades. First time I did it corrupted my file and I have to install and uninstall articulate. Today I have an upgrade notification and after clicking to upgrade, goes to download and after doing that it shows that I have a 30 day trial, I have to enter my registration and do all install again. Am I doing the upgrade incorrectly, if so what is the best way to do upgrade when I get notification.

Yes I did follow all that steps. My question is do I have to do that all the time when there is an update?
You got it, Maria! If you're updating Storyline 2 or Storyline 3, you'll want to follow those steps.
