Hi there, Jocelyn. Are you finding any consistency among the courses that are not upgrading properly? If you can share an example backup file of one of those courses (either in SL1 or SL2 format), I'd be happy to test!
I tried uninstalling/reinstalling but same effect... So far it happened in two project created in SL1. For the 1st one, the 1st upgrade to 360 crashed the Player...then I tried a 2nd time and it worked. For my 2nd project, I still can't get it to work from SL1 to 360, the player crashes every time... But it does work if I upgrade the project from SL1 to SL2 and then SL2 to 360.
So maybe there is a feature in SL1 that 360 doesn't like...
As Crystal mentioned above, if you would be able to share one of the SL1 files that you're experiencing difficulty with, perhaps we can take a closer look.
If you cannot share it here in the forums, you are welcome to share it here privately.

Jocelyn, one thing you can try is to repair Storyline 360. Follow these steps, and let me know also if that helps. Thanks!
