I'm using Storyline to make a course for my company. We need to link an excel to it so the students can download it and practice. I would like to know how can I do that. I've already tried to host the excel as a different document in the LMS but the problem is that if I move the document the link won't work.
Hey, Laura! We've done this quite a few times in our courses. You can attach the following trigger to any object to open a file. It will include the file in your SCORM package, so you don't have to worry about hosting it elsewhere.
You could add it as a file attachment as previously mentioned, or if it's available on a web server you could embed it as a web object so that the user could see it upon visiting the slide.
