I'm hoping someone can help me. I have just built my first course in Storyline 1 (we are on the old version unfortunately) and I have uploaded it to Moodle as a SCORM 1.2 file. When someone completes the course that contains a quiz, it is ticking them off as completed but is showing me a score of 0.
I am also only new to Moodle so I am unsure as to whether this is a Storyline or Moodle issue.
Please check the SCORM publish settings, it should be set to the completion to "track using quiz result". If you can share the storyline file, I should be able to help you.
You can also upload your published zip package to SCORM cloud (an industry standard LMS) this will help identify if it is a SL issue or a setting in Moodle that needs tweaking.
Here is some information about using SCORM cloud for testing.
What Moodle version are you using? I know that they've done a number of updates since Storyline 1 came out, so perhaps the issue is with an older Moodle as well? I'd echo Wendy's thought to give it a test at SCORM Cloud as it's a free, standard for LMS behavior so you'll get a good sense of how something is supposed to behave by giving it a test there. If you're seeing the same issues there, then our team of Support Engineers can take a look at the .story file to see what may be happening, and you can upload your files to them here. If it all behaves well at SCORM Cloud, that'll be information to share with your Moodle administrators.
Thank you all! It looks like I have fixed it with one of the links Wendy provided as I had the results attached to the thank you page and not the results page.

Hi Tash
the information in this SL1 tutorial may help you and here is a blog from Tom Kuhlmann about troubleshooting LMS issues.
