Uploading an Articulate 2 file to Totara LMS

Jan 29, 2018

Hi

I'm not sure if you can help.  I have recently created an eLearning module and I have been trying to upload it on to our LMS but I keep getting the error message File filetype cannot be accepted.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks

Gary

I'd guess you are trying to add the zip in the wrong place in Totara - take a look here for the details on how to add a scorm package in Moodle: https://docs.moodle.org/en/SCORM_settings#Adding_a_SCORM_package

You should also have a support package with your TotaraLMS subscription - if you're still having trouble I'd suggest you use the Totara support for further help.
