Uploading files to RoboHelp

Nov 14, 2014

I have Storyline files we need to load to RoboHelp. We've never put these types of files into Robohelp before. We have a story_content folder, a meta.xml, a story.html and a story.swf file. How should these files be loaded into RoboHelp? Should they be treated as baggage files?

Hi Erica,

I'm not familiar with Robohelp - but you'll want to include all the files that are generated as a part of the Storyline published output when uploading. You may want to look at zipping the published output folder and loading the entire thing that way. Have you looked into if Robohelp has any FAQs or ways to get assistance with this type of question?
