Are you uploading the entire contents of the published output folder? Did upload a zipped version of the folder or just the folder itself? Did you publish for LMS as described here?
Thanks for checking into those steps. I'd suggest to look at uploading it into SCORM Cloud as it's an industry standard for testing SCORM output. If you're still seeing the error there as well we'll want to take a look at the .story file and do some test publishing as well.
The Identifier field is a unique string of characters assigned by Storyline. Your LMS uses it to identify your content. If you're republishing a course that's already in your LMS, don't change the value in this field. What were you changing it too? Have you already uploaded this course into your LMS? If so - I'd suggest doing a "save as" of your .story file and then republishing without changing that Identifier and seeing how that one uploads into your LMS. Have you shared the SCORM Cloud results with your LMS team to see if they could point towards other ideas or issues with the course or publishing settings? If it works normally in SCORM Cloud your LMS team is your next resource. You may also want to share which LMS you're using here in the forums so that any users who are using the same LMS could share their thoughts or solutions here as well.

Hi Ashley,
Thanks you for your reply. I did publish for LMS as described and double checked all settings.
And yes, the entire content in a zipped folder...
Any other ideas of what might be the problem?

Hi Ashley,
I have tested in in Scorm Cloud. No issues there at all... But it won't work properly in my client's LMS.
While publishing, I did manually change the LMS Course Identifier. Could that do any harm?
