Uploading into moodle

Mar 27, 2020

I have a course that has been completed in articulate and uploaded in our instance of moodle. The course has been working alright, needs a few fixes. I made the fixes attempted to re-upload the zip and the zip completes, however, will not save. At first, I thought this was a size issue, however, the course is way under our 500mb limit. I copied the slides into a new articulate course and saved, still no luck uploading. In the meantime, I have uploaded other courses without any issues. I assume that something is corrupt in the package?? just not sure how to diagnose the issue. Any thoughts?

Hi Jake and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)

Thanks for contacting us to share what you are running into when attempting to upload your course.

Are you able to preview the entire course? This typically points to any problematic slide(s) that you may have if you suspect corruption.

It sounds like the course is successfully publishing and you're able to zip the contents, correct? So, is the issue specific to uploading to Moodle?
