The size of the logo in the player will be dependent on the size it's set up within the file, and there isn't an option to change it from within the player. For the best results, use an image that has a maximum width of 200 pixels and a maximum height of 220 pixels. If your image doesn't fit within these dimensions, Storyline will scale it to fit.

Also, if you'd like to scale it yourself - you may want to look at changing the location of your logo and placing it on a slide master instead.
