I am a raving fan of Articulate development tools for a LONG time.... from their very inception. I very rarely encounter an error or issue. However, yesterday, while uploading a SCORM 1.2 package to update a course to my LMS, I encountered the following error message:
{"message":"Call to undefined method Illuminate\\Validation\\Factory::is_valid()"}
So, my question is... has this error ever occurred in your experiences? If so, what did you do? (I've republished multiple times; renamed the file.... and the result is the same, the SCORM package doesn't replace the pre-existing course). Thanks for your gray matter!
Suzanne, wondering if this could be a generic message your LMS is giving you because it's having difficulty for some reason updating the existing content with your new SCORM package.
Have you asked your LMS vendor about this message?
Thank you for responding, Brian Allen. Actually, I just received a message from the LMS vendor. Yep, the LMS was having an issue. (Not a generic one!) However, they fixed it and the updated Storyline course is up and running. Appreciate your suggestion!

So glad to hear it, Suzanne. I appreciate you popping back in to share an update.
NICE! Faith in Articulate's dependability confirmed :)
