Uploading Storyline 2 Projects

Greetings,
I have created a Storyline 2 module that I would like to accessible by link. It is an interactive module that will guide our employees through account creation and management of our new LMS system. The file is around 5 mb, and I would ideally like it to be housed somewhere where it can be accessed by a link. I do not need to track completion, it just needs to be housed. This is the only file that needs to be housed and there will not need to be more in the future. Any suggestions? Amazon's s3 is a potential, has anyone used that?
Thanks,
Joseph

Tons of people use S3 as their hosting solution on these forums. Search the forums and you'll see all sorts of references to S3 and AWS in general.
Be aware that when you publish the file, you will have a folder that will contain subfolders, and possibly hundreds of files, all of which will need to be uploaded.
Hi Joseph,
I wanted to link this video tutorial for setting up Amazon S3, in case you hadn't seen it yet. ☺️
I use Amazon S3 and it works really well. I also use Cloudberry explorer to make the file transfers simpler
When I use Cloudberry, it only gives me access to limited folders on my computer. Is there a way to open up the entire folder list so I can have access to all on my computer? Now, I'm having to move files to the Articulate Projects folder, but the are currently housed in a separate folder. Thank you!
Hi Lu,
Thanks for reaching out! Have you watched Tom's tutorial on setting up Cloudberry Explorer? Could you share a screenshot of the files you can see when 'My Computer' is selected?
Hi Alyssa, yes I did view Tom's tutorial and it was very helpful. It looks like his file structure was the same and his courses were in his Articulate Projects folder. It would great if we could get access to the full file structure. I'm attaching my png image, but will also submit the question to Cloudberry.
Thanks so much!
What happens when you double click on the little folder icon beside My Articulate Projects?
It just takes you into that folder, which is empty on my computer since I store my course files in a separate folder that doesn't appear. I can easily move the folders/files into the My Articulate Projects folder, but just curious if anyone knew of a way to access other folders (like in an FTP client).
I did just move a full course folder to the My Articulate Projects folder, but when I open the My Articulate Projects folder in Cloudberry, it is not viewable. The folder still looks empty.
I was able to connect my current FTP client (CuteFTP) to Amazon S3 and now have full access to my folders and files. I'll just use that instead of Cloudberry. Thanks for all your help!
I'm glad you got it sorted out, Lu! Thanks for the update. :)
