We have just released Update 67 for Storyline 360. As a first step, I would recommend updating your software to see if you are still having this issue within your project.

You will be able to launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

If you are still having issues, please send along your project file in this forum or privately in a support case so we can take a closer look.
