I created a new project in Storyline and while publishing selected all the 3 checkboxes under "Publishing for HTML5 and Mobile Devices". I downloaded the Articulate mobile player app but failed to view the course via the app in both android + ios devices. I've attached a few screenshots while testing from my ipad for your reference.
FYI: I had uploaded the zipped SCORM package in SCORMCLOUD and am trying to access the content via the mobile devices using the articulate player app.
Thanks for your response, Ashley! Instead of SCORMCLOUD, when I upload the project to our LMS and view the course in iPad - it loads fine in the articulate player. The only thing I noticecd is the resource tab is missing - any idea why?
However, I still have no luck with the player on my android smart phone - any suggestions?
Hi Ashley - same issue is faced on the android tablet. The course doesnt open in the Articulate Mobile player app in both the android smartphone+tablet while the same course launches on the player when viewed from an ipad.

Hi Sonia,
That error message is detailed here. How did you publish your course, for Tin Can API?

Looking forward to a resolution for this issue.
The Resources tab is not available in the AMP.
Michael beat me to it - but you can see the information here regarding what features/options are supported in the mobile player vs. HTML5 or the Flash output.
Also, for Android, you'll need to be publishing with Storyline 2 and using one of the supported options here for Android.
