URGENT - Errors when courses are published on the LMS!!!!!

Hi,
i urgently need some help with this!
I am about to open my course tomorrow but my SCROM materials do not work when zipped and uploaded onto LMS?!
So all seems to work saved as output folder on my desktop (when i click on the story.html file to preview), but zipped files ( the same story.html) when opened appear completely blank. When the same zip file is uploaded on the LMS, some of the content is lost - for example there is no sound clips.
I followed all the steps for publishing for LMS as shown in the attached photo.

After publishing do you use Articulates built in function to zip the SCORM package?
Yes, I zip it straight away after it gives me the message that publishing was successful by clicking on the zip option in the little pop up window.
Just to eliminate the possibility that your published SCORM package is somehow corrupted, I would upload it to SCORMCloud and test it there. If it works on SCORMCloud, the issue is likely with your LMS.
