As per design, the course is supposed to show completed status when the "Yes" button is clicked in the slide.
When I upload the product to my LMS and play - the course completion works fine. However, it doesn't work on my client's LMS (SUMTOTAL). Neither does it work correctly when I uploaded in into SCORM CLOUD and played.
Can you please help me? A super quick response will be super appreciated!
There are a few reason without testing why this won't work.
Your feedback layer is only jumping to the results slide if you say no, I would remove the feedback and get it to jump to the results slide after pressing submit.
Your correct layer jumps straight to 1.3 so misses the results slide completely, without this it will not work

It would be better to make the results slide your final slide and brand it how you want, no need for an intermediary and then the completion
