Hello. I don't know if this is a course or LMS issue. We need the individual short answer responses exported from this course. Currently in our LMS all it is pulling is a summary and not the individual export. Is there something I'm missing in the course setup or in how i'm publishing the course?
I also have an email out to our LMS to see if this is on our end.

Thanks for reaching out to share your .story file along with details of what you would like to accomplish.
I grabbed the two Short Answer slides that I saw in your course and imported them into a new file for ease of testing.
Here's the report I'm getting in SCORM Cloud:
As you can see on the right, the responses given are showing for those interactions.
It is up to the individual LMS in how they report on survey questions.

Thank you. I had a feeling it was our LMS. There was an update loaded over the holiday that may be causing the error.
