URGENT: Markers inside a shape’s state don’t work...?

Hello everyone!
I am experiencing an issue in SL360 with markers inside a shape’s state.
I have some books to explore and each one of them, once clicked, makes the state of a folded corner shape change into a different custom state. Inside each one of these states I have a marker with more info in it.
The problem is that, while in preview mode, everything works just fine. Once published (SCORM 1.2) the text inside markers just disappears, and on mouse-over all I can see is an empty box (in all cases except one, where only the title is shown).
Given this inconsistency I suspect that it could be some kind of software’s bug... Could you olease help me / fix it?
I have to give the course to our client and this problem is causing us troubles...

Sorry you've encountered this issue. First of all, it's important to identify if the issue is caused by a problem in Storyline or a problem in the LMS. To troubleshoot and identify where the issue is caused, please follow the instructions here:
You can problably go straight to Step 7:
Test your published course at SCORM Cloud and compare the results with your LMS.
If your content works properly at SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, open a support case with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue. Your LMS provider may request a debug log to help identify the problem. Click here to learn how to generate a debug log.
If your course doesn’t play correctly at SCORM Cloud either, submit your project file to us for review. We're here to help.
