First, congratulations on the anniversary! What a wonderful idea.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a way to automatically mute YouTube videos that are embedded into Storyline. If you were able to access the original video and insert it, you would be able to mute the video, however. I do have a suggestion, though. You could make a screencast or recording of the video and either mute it, or record it while it's muted.
Hopefully this helps. I'm sure some of our community Heroes will have some suggestions as well, maybe a few can chime in on the conversation.
You could use a tool like getFLV to download the video from YouTube to your PC and then insert it manually into Storyline, which I do all the time but only when I have permission from the video owner.
