Thanks for reaching out here! Do you still have Storyline 2 activated on a different computer that you have access to? If so, you can locate your serial number by going to the help tab and selecting "About Articulate Storyline". Check out this article for reference. 

If you don't have any access to your serial number, you'll want to reach out to our Customer Care team directly by emailing biz@articulate.com or giving them a ring at 800-861-4880 ext 2 from 8a-8p EST. They should be able to assist further. :)
