URGENT: Storyline SLOWWWW

I've never run into this; have been using SL since mid-beta. Each task I do is taking several seconds. Even moving an image or rotating it. It doesn't appear to be a resource issue (per task manager), but could I need more virtual memory? or cache-stuff, or other stuff I don't know about?
I've restarted my PC, closed extra windows, it's still painfully slow with a deadline TODAY. (of course! ) Any ideas? Thanks. -Jill

By chance, are you using a corporate- or organizational PC that has virus scan to always run at a certain day or time?
Hi Jill,
It could also be something that is project-specific. Can you replicate the issues in a new project? If not, please submit a support case to us along with a copy of the .story file:

We'll likely won't be able to find the issue today. However, we might be able to use the file & prevent the issue in a future release.
Gerry, thanks for the quick reply. I use a standalone PC on my own network, but good thinking.
I think it may be a specific image I just bought that is causing the issue. Any slide I put it on gets slowed down. The slide takes 13 seconds to display after clicking on it in the outline at left. All the other slides (and images) in the same file function as they should.
I’ll submit a report. Thanks!
Hi Jill,
When you submit the case, be sure to include both a copy of your .story file and the image file as well. That'll make the issue easier to reproduce on our end.
