Urgent! Trouble with scoring in Learn.net

Hello!
I wonder if anyone else on this forum has had trouble with results reporting using the Learn.net platform? I have done numerous tests using SCORM Cloud and all give me the results I expect; however, when the files are loaded into Learn.net, the scoring isn't working correctly.
We currently have settings of 80% pass rate. The LMS doesn't seem to want to record anything except scores of 100%. We've tried changing the reporting to tracking from Pass/Fail to Complete/Incomplete and that doesn't help. We've tried denying the user the ability to review, and denied the user the ability to retry, and both (user can't review or retry).
This project is now at risk and I don't know how to fix it. Any suggestions? I now have an activation code, but originally began the project in trial mode--could that have anything to do with it?
Please let me know where I could possibly send a file. I can't post it here due to sensitivity.

Hi Patricia - The trial or activation code won't affect the tracking.
If you haven't already submitted a help ticket, can you do that right now: http://www.articulate.com/support/contact/submit.php You can also send the file when you submit your ticket. The file will really help us see what's going on.
