Oh, what a drag. The slide Is being published blank. I mean, in the preview, I see the whole Youtube page, but when I publish to SCORM (and upload in SCORM Cloud), the slide goes completely blank.

Make sure the URL starts with https:// (not just http://)
Thanks a lot, Alyssa. I am OK, though. I worked around it and I really don't think I will ever have to particularly use that function in our field. I have to train some co-workers and I wanted to have that covered in case someone asked, but is actually not that necessary now that I think about it.

Try to insert the video via a webobject, as described here.
Thanks for your response, Michael.
Look, it is not working for me at all.
If i put the the complete URL, Storyline prints out the whole Youtube page.
If I only use the 11-character alphanumeric string, it looks like this when published:
Anyways, it SHOULD work as shown in the very help link Storyline gives when you're about to embed a video like this.
Don't know what's wrong. Not a clue.
When I use : https://www.youtube.com/embed/Brg3RyZ0_To in a webobject and publish, I see the video as expected.
I get the same problem as Javier describes when using Storyline 2 but it works in Storyline 360.
Inserting it as a Web Object in storyline 2 works.

Yess. It does have that final "s". Check at the screen capture before. =(
I mean, I can work around it, anyway. I can just download the clip and then insert it as a video. But it would have been nice that it just worked.
Thanks, Russel and thanks so much to you , Michael.
Hi Javier,
If you'd like some more help with this, send us a copy of the slide with the embedded YouTube video. We would be happy to have a closer look!
