During the trial period I was able to use the Storyline 2 software and was impressed. I decided to purchase it and after activation, I can open my previous files, but now I am unable to preview them. I also cannot locate the additional character bundle I received.
There are a few things we can check to rule out common issues: Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline.
I appreciate your response, thanks for your advice. A repair was needed. I had to uninstall then reinstall Storyline 2 and that resolved my issues. Apparently, when I activated it after the trial period it experienced an unexpected issue.
No need, Roxanne! It's the same version/install of the software. You'll want to check that you're logged in with the Articulate ID connected to your subscription.

Do you need to uninstall the 60 day trial before downloading after you purchase it?
