User getting stuck and not able to move on in course

Hi, my user is getting stuck at certain places in the LMS course and can't move on.

I have tried to replicate but can't , the only difference is he is using a mac.

Also  an issue on both 
when returning to some screens the default next/previous buttons appear on the survey and quiz slide? 

any help gratefully received

For your Mac user, can you confirm if he/she is viewing the course in a supported browser?

Regarding the quiz slide navigation buttons... are you seeing those when you return to the quiz slides after coming to the results slide and choosing to "review quiz?"  If so, those player buttons appearing are expected behavior.  They are intended to allow the user to navigate through the quiz upon review since the answers were already submitted.

If not, are you able to navigate back through the quiz before finishing it (maybe by using a custom button or using the player menu)?  And if so, is that when the navigation buttons are showing?  That sounds off to me, and we could help investigate what's going on.  You can share you file with us by attaching it here.
