When my users are reviewing their quiz after getting to the results slide, they are seeing that they chose the correct response, the green check mark is next to the correct response, but the bar at the bottom is showing that it is incorrect. I've included 2 screen shots.
The results slides are accounting for incorrect answers, that are actually correct, resulting in our users failing when they passed.

My first thought is that the slides were set to 'Reset to Initial State' as this is the specific issue it can cause, but looks like you already addressed that setting.
Would you be able to share a .story file for us to take a look?
