Hi there,

We have two versions of the same elearning course made in Storyline2 published as SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004. It appears however that whilst the registration 'postback' passed to the 'RegistrationService.createRegistration' is being called for both versions of the course the 'redirecturl' passed with the RegistrationService.launch' call IS being called for the 1.2 version of the course but NOT for the 2004 version of the same course.

This means that for a 1.2 course the update of the users results within the LMS are almost immediate when they exst the course (redirecturl called and processed) but for the 2004 course the update of the users results may be anywhere up to a minute later depedning on when the previous postback was received (caught by registration postback rather than immediate action of redirecturl processing) .

Can you please let me know why the redirect URL is not being called when a 2004 cource is exited.
