Users being kicked out of course in SuccessFactors LMS

We have loaded a course created with Articulate 360.  Several users were interrupted while taking the course, and their progress was not saved.  Their sessions timed out and they had to start the course over from the beginning again.  Are we missing a setting to ensure progress is saved on a course?

Thanks for letting us know what's going on.

Let's start by checking this course's resume settings:

  1. Go to the Home tab and click Player.
  2. When the Player Properties window appears, click ⚙️Other.

Could you let me know which choice appears next to Resume On restart (Prompt to resume, Always resume, or Never resume)? Learn more about those options here.
