I'm using the 30 day free download of Storyline and whenever I attempt to view my project in the preview screen it just pops up with a grey screen. I've tried saving it and re-opening it as well as creating new project and getting the same results. Someone please help!
If you're still having difficulty, please double check that the behavior persists on a new file that you started and saved to your local drive. If that version is not able to be previewed, please conduct the repair of Storyline.

Sorry to hear about the odd behavior when you're trying to preview. I'd first want to confirm that you're working with local project files as described here. Working off a network drive or USB could cause odd behavior, and you may than want to try importing your project into a new Storyline file to resolve any odd behavior.
If you're still having difficulty, please double check that the behavior persists on a new file that you started and saved to your local drive. If that version is not able to be previewed, please conduct the repair of Storyline.
