I have added a logo to my player using a .png file with transparency. This appears to work fine when viewing on a computer but when looking at my content on iPhone the logo disappears. Is there another image format which supports transparency that I could use.
I'm sure the problem could be a number of things. I never seem to get good results with the iPhone and iPad, so I've mostly stopped using that function.

You could try BMP, GIF, or TIFF. I'm not sure if the results would change.
Thanks Matthew . Ive tried a GIF with transparency but the quality wasn't as good as the png.

Hi Adrian! Are you using the Articulate Mobile Player? The logo is not a supported feature in this format.
