Hi, I have created a storyline file and would like to add audio to some of the slides. I have created an MP4 audio in Replay and would like to add it to my slide. I tried to insert sound and received messagethat MP4 is not supported. It appears to be looking for .wav
Is it possible to record in replay and bring the audio into Storyline, if so what format do I need to use and how do I do it as there is only MP4 option to select when publishing the replay file.

Great question, Dorothy!
You can actually record audio right from within Storyline, so there's no need to use Replay.
From the Insert tab, click the Sound dropdown, then click Record Mic.
