I have a subscription to 360, and I use it on my desktop. I'm traveling next week, and I want to be able to use it on my laptop. Can this be done? If so, how do I access it?
I'm currently on a Team subscription, is the two machine activation for each individual ID (i.e Person A has max 2 activations & Person B their own 2 activiations?) or is it for the team licence?
It's for each individual ID, and each seat on your Teams subscription would also be for one individual. From the EULA:
"The Articulate 360 Terms of Service entitle a single user to install Articulate software on a maximum of two computers, such as a home computer and a work computer. If you need to install it on additional computers or would like more than one individual to use it, you'll need to purchase additional subscriptions."

the EULA allows the license to be activated on two machines. See this FAQ
