I'm new to Storyline and have been provided with some JavaScript which is supposed to launch a video stored on a third party video hosting service that our company uses. I set up a trigger on a button and copy and pasted in the JavaScript I was given, but when I publish the course in our LMS, nothing happens. Is there something else I'm supposed to do.

Check the URL very carefully to make sure it is correct.
Make sure that the hosting service does not require authentication.
Paste the js here, and see if anyone spots problems.
