I am trying to use 3 survey short answer questions on a single slide and am unsure how to accomplish this. I can get them on individual slides, however as the responses will only be four or five words long this would be a waste of space as well as breaking up the interaction required by the learners.
You couldn't do this with the built in survey type, but have you tried to set it up using multiple text entry set ups? It will create individual variables for each of them, and you could use this method to send the variables to your LMS.
