Using pictures for quiz responses

I've developed a SL2 course where the quiz responses are pictures to click on. It works fine for taking the quiz but when revisiting the quiz the correct picture does not show as the correct answer if the user chose the wrong picture. The "wrong" choice is highlighted, but not the correct choice. The pictures have a change state for selected which delivers the highlight when selected. I've scoured the forum and can't find anything about this. Can I not use a picture as a choice in a quiz?

I've attached a screen shot of what I see. The correct answer is Just one bite or touch. You can see the incorrect answer highlighted. I added the review text because the correct response doesn't show.
