Using Quiz with Draw from Bank - Button States Not Showing

With a quiz using draw from bank questions, when I choose to show the results, I get the picture below. It says I was correct, but I would like to know what I clicked on when I took the quiz (there are 20 questions out of a bank of 56). The check mark and X buttons have selected states but they don't seem to show up using the draw from bank. I have attached the scene. Any ideas on what I can do? Thank you!

Hi Greg,

Thanks for sharing the file here. I think what's happening is the items don't have a chance to change to the selected state - so you're not seeing that on the "review". Take a look at the adjustment I made to just a few slides here with the submit trigger.
