I've tried to find this in the tutorials but couldn't get a clear answer. Can you tell me what the difference is between setting up multiple scenes within a project and individual slides. We are using absorb LMS to publish our learning content which we want to be able to set up as a series of mix and match modules.
Scenes are simply groups of slides. They are a way for you to break your slides into logical groups according to what makes the most sense to you as the course author.
Using (or not using) scenes has no impact on LMS tracking in any way.
Please let us know if you have any other questions!
I "open" this old thread... But what is the different of using slides in the production vs only slides?
For example: I want to have three chapters in my production with various media, text and questions. Is it recommended to use only slides for this or schould i have three scenes instead, one for each chapter?
I'd recommend reading through this article. The bottom line is that the decision to use scenes or slides is yours alone, and has no impact on the published output. Scenes are simply an organization tool for the course author.
Please let us know if you need anything else, and have a great day!
