Need help on how to get SL2 slider to zoom in on an image. Is it best to use states, or hotspost. I've included a sample of what I'm trying to accomplish. I just don't know how?? http://elearningdesigner.com/storyline/dress-anatomy/
You could do this with states (each state showing a slightly more zoomed in version of the pic) or layers. As the slider is being moved (and with that the lisder variable changes), the corresponding states (or layers) are shown.
Hi, Sonia! I see that Michael has stopped in to assist, and hopefully others will, as well! I did want to share the following example from this E-Learning Challenge, "60+ Examples of Interactive Sliders in E-Learning #52":
Thanks for the input Michael. I'll have to use states instead of layers since I have a different trigger for those. BTW I really liked your slider examples...the scrolling window was a great!
Thanks Christie. I did see those examples...they are what inspired my choice to use the slider. I think I have a handle on how its done now....if not I guess I'll be back with more questions. TX again!
Sure thing, Sonia! And if you would be able to stop back in and share your own example when you are finished, that would be great, as it may serve as inspiration to others! :)
