Using Storyline 2 for a client survey

Hi all,

I recently had a client that used an Excel spreadsheet for a client survey.  We have come in and blown them away with a demonstration using Storyline.  However, the problem I am having is the best way to data collect.  I know we have an option of hosting the .storyline on our server, google drive or an LMS like Moodle.  Can anyone help me with the best way to collect all the data from each survey taken?  I need to collect the usual, name/company/email/mobile and the survey consists of around 30 questions.  

My company has just started using Storyline 2 and we are very excited with its capabilities, but as we are new to this any help would be greatly appreciated.
