Using strikethrough in Notes text leads to extra spacing

I've encountered extra spacing in the Notes area when I use strikethrough on the text. Has anybody else had this issue? I see it both in Preview and when I Publish.

I'm using SL360 v3.20.16814.0 and am typing the text directly into SL. I'm not copying and pasting in the screenshots below, although that's what I was doing when I noticed the issue. (I copied the text to Notepad first and then to SL.)

Here's the text in the Notes without strikethrough. It's normal and what I'm expecting. (I renamed Notes to "Instructions" in the player.)

When I strikethough the first line, now there's a large extra space in between lines 1 and 2.

And it just continues to happen:

How can I get it to have normal spacing when I use strikethough? Thanks!
