Hi, wondering if anyone has come across the following issue; a customer is using LearnUpon as an LMS and when viewing one of our courses build in Storyline the menu doesn't work if they view the content via remote desktop. It does work when viewed not via remote desktop.
I am being told that other content build in Storyline does work fine in remote desktop. Any ideas?
Do you know what browser and version they're using? That could be the difference for this one user? Also is it the menu in Storyline or a menu within their LMS?
Thank you for replying. I am being told that it is more than one user and they are using IE 11 and Chrome, it is the menu in Storyline that they are unable to use. It works fine for me when tested in SCORM Cloud, so I am a bit stumped!
Good to know it's working correctly in SCORM Cloud, Karen! This one is tough to nail down since only 1 of your users is seeing the issue. If you hear from any other users who have run into something similar, let us know!
