Tom's template has some neat interaction that I'm trying to customize. One example is the fly-in green note and I'm stumped--There's only one layer, and I do not see that object. I would be most grateful for some insight.
check the master layout : View >Slide Master and look to see if he has something on the layouts
or
check the states tab : Edit states
If not post a link to the template so folks can see which one you're talking about and someone can try and help you
Update: Hi Gisela
I downloaded the template. If you click on the page object in the timeline and then select the States tab, you will see the 'Selected' state of the page has the green answer object.
I'd love to use Tom's template, but I think I'm biting off more than I can chew at this early stage. I'm going to take a step back and use the content library to build a few simple slides and interactions--Gotta learn the basics!
OOOps... Didn't think I'd be back THIS QUICK... Looks like templates in the content library are not available with a trial license. And now, when I try to add a new slide, the basic layouts are all VERY BASIC, all the nice layouts that were available when I recently took the Articulate class are gone--How can I get these back?
I need to build a simple course that allows my colleagues to experience Articulate's power, kinda like a "proof of concept" before my trial expires. Where may I find a free, simple course template? Are there "not-too-fancy" (i.e. inexpensive) course templates that I could purchase?
I'm not sure thats correct about the CL not being available. Are you getting an error message when you try to insert?
Here is a link to the downloads section of the ELH website - perhaps you will have better luck with one of these templates. They should all be marked SL360, SL2 so they'll be easy to recognise.

Hi Leslie. Just learned that Articulate is having content library issues. I'll try again when resolved.
