Vanishing variable definitions after import

Hi All,

I created a template and defined variables which are only used by triggers at slide master level (not on an effective slide). The variable usage count = 0 although certain manipulations on the slide master are done with them.

When I then create a course based on this slide master, the variable definitions have mysteriously disappeared and the slide master has a lot of unassigned items in the triggers…

My only work arround is to define a slide in the template (slide is never called) that initialises the variables. In this case the use coint of the variable is no longer 0.

Could this be a bug ?
