Variable infinity

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what your client is experiencing in your course.

We've seen a couple of examples with the Infinity Score reported:

1. Multiple results slides with the overall results reporting infinity
2. Exiting and resuming course if slides and result slide is set to reset to initial state

It sounds like your scenario is a bit different.

Hi Stephanie.  Thanks for sharing your file!  None of the conditions that Leslie mentioned above seemed to apply to your course.  The results slide did not reset to initial state.  I published and tested your course in SCORM Cloud.  You can try my output here.

I failed the assessment, saw the option to retake the quiz, and I closed the window.  When I relaunched the course, I was prompted to resume, and I saw my failing score again on the results slide.

• Can you let me know what happens on your end with my output? 
• Is the infinity score happening in your LMS?  If so, can you test your own published output in SCORM Cloud?  I'd like to narrow down where the error is occurring.

If your output also works in SCORM Cloud, connect with your LMS support team and ask how the infinity score is displaying when revisiting a failed module.  Let me know how you're making out!
